At Elvora Nutrition (elvoranutrition.in), we ensure fast, safe, and reliable delivery for all orders across India. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Shipping Coverage & Delivery Timelines
We deliver to major cities and serviceable pin codes nationwide through reputed courier partners.
- Standard Delivery: 3 to 7 business days from dispatch date.
- Dispatch Time: Orders are generally dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
- Delivery Days: Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
2. Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders > ₹500: FREE Shipping across India.
- Prepaid Orders < ₹500: Flat shipping fee of ₹60 per order.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: ₹90 COD handling charge applies. Free shipping offer is valid exclusively on prepaid orders.
- Orders above ₹3,000: Accepted via Prepaid payment options only.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, an SMS and Email notification containing your courier tracking number (AWB) and live tracking link will be sent to you. You can also track your shipment status under My Orders in your user account.
4. Packaging & Handling
All products are packed in tamper-evident protective packaging to ensure safety and hygiene during transit. Please refuse packages if the outer seal is physically torn or damaged.
